Mandatory national standard for compound fertilizer

Abstract:
The two mandatory national standards, namely, GB 18382-2001 "chemical fertilizer identification, contents and requirements" and GB 15063-2001 "compound fertilizer (compound fertilizer)" issued by the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China, have come into effect in the production and circulation links since January 1 and July 1 this year. So, how do farmers choose the right fertilizer? Here, the author talks about several problems that should be paid attention to.
1、 The name of fertilizer should indicate the name of fertilizer specified in the national standard and industry standard, such as "compound fertilizer", "compound fertilizer", etc; The name of fertilizer with special use is marked with small font under the product name, such as "compound fertilizer potassium sulfate type". If farmers see "high efficiency" ×××”、“×× "Fat king", "all elements" ×× The words "fertilizer" and so on indicate that the product has false and exaggerated publicity. 2、 Marking of nutrient content of compound fertilizer total nutrient content: the percentage content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium should be marked, and other elements or compounds should not be included in the total nutrient. For example, the total nutrient of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content of 15-15-15 should be marked as total nutrient ≥ 45. Single nutrient content: the percentages of total nitrogen, available phosphorus pentoxide and potassium oxide should be indicated in the order of nitrogen phosphorus potassium. Farmers should pay attention to the fact that the single nutrient content of the products should not be less than 4.0%, such as N, P, K compound fertilizer 15-15-15;
Binary fertilizer should be marked with "0" at the position without single nutrient, such as compound fertilizer 15-0-10, which means that the fertilizer does not contain phosphorus element or phosphorus element is lower than 4.0%, and the words "± △" shall not be marked on the package. If medium and trace elements are added, they shall not be indicated in the packaging container and quality certificate.
3、 When the content of chloride ion in compound fertilizer is more than 3.0%, the package should be marked with "containing chlorine" to avoid damage to chlorine resistant crops such as yellow tobacco and fruit trees; If the packing container is not marked with "containing chlorine", the content of chloride ion shall not exceed 3.0%.
4、 Certificate (quality certificate), production date or batch number. Each bag of fertilizer should be attached with product certificate or quality certificate. The production date or batch number shall be indicated on the product certificate or quality certificate and the outer package of the product.
5、 The product standard compound fertilizer or compound fertilizer shall comply with the national mandatory standard GB 15063-2001 "compound fertilizer (compound fertilizer)". The product standard number and year number shall be marked on the product package.
6、 The name and address of the producer or distributor are indicated on the main visual surface of the product package and registered according to law.
